1. Order Verification
All orders are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. We recommend verifying your order details (product type, quantity, shipping address) before completing payment.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If products are received in damaged or defective condition.
- Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product.
- Manufacturing Defects: Evident quality issues in packaging or product.
Note:
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or bulk surplus stock.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
