Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
We take utmost care in export packaging. In case of any damage, buyers must report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on Incoterms and insurance coverage.
Orders can be cancelled before production or dispatch only. Once the goods are shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Due to high logistics costs, returns are only accepted in case of genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, and must be reported promptly with proof.
